SAK Environmental has the expertise, experience and reputation to thoroughly research and report on site history and past land uses and is committed to quality reports with timely turnaround.

Our experience includes conducting ESA Phase 1 assessments and undertaking Phase II and Phase III assessments where environmental testing and remediation are required. Our proficiency in Phase 1 assessments allows us to uncover and address issues with hidden contamination that may have gone undetected and pose as an environmental risk. We are frequently asked to conduct technical peer review on other’s assessment reports and thoroughly investigate a site’s history. Additionally, our knowledge of the Brownfield EPA program coupled with our extensive experience with MA DEP and NH DES regulations allows us to confidently undertake work on any Brownfields site investigation.

We provide concise, easy to read reports that include a summary of the environmental risk profile, and ensure that these reports satisfy the ASTM standard which in turn also satisfy US EPA's All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI). We frequently coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and property owners on fast-track transactions and we also research existing reports and provide peer reviews on environmental site assessments (ESA Phase 1 and Phase II assessments) to analyze any data gaps or unresolved issues.
